Our Interface

ZAPP doesn't process registration requests via manual emails. Our servers communicate directly with the Large Customer Interface (GKS) of the Federal Motor Transport Authority using the standardized XKfz SOAP/XML protocol.
As soon as you submit your application in the ZAPP checkout, your data is automatically validated, encrypted, and transmitted to the KBA interface. From there, the request is delegated directly to the responsible local office among the 411 registration offices across Germany.
